Data collected

Through the quote request form: name, email, company, phone, services needed, indicative budget and timing, message, site language, date and version of consent.

To limit abuse, a fingerprint of the IP address is computed with a secret key: it cannot be used to recover the address.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is used solely to answer your request and prepare a proposal. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

No data is sold or used for advertising.

Recipients

Only authorised team members can access requests, according to their role. Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase database), acting on our behalf.

Retention

A request that does not lead to a project is deleted no later than 24 months after the last exchange. If we start working together, the information joins the client file for the duration of the relationship and legal obligations.

Client area and accounts

If you create an account, we record your name, e-mail, company and phone if provided, and your password in encrypted form, to review your request and then give you access to the client area. An account that has not been approved has no access to any data.

The account is kept for the duration of the relationship with NUQYAN. You can ask for its deletion at any time at the address above.

Site assistant

Questions asked to the assistant are sent, together with the site's public content, to an artificial intelligence provider (OpenRouter) that generates the answer; this processing may take place outside Tunisia. NUQYAN does not record the content of conversations: only a fingerprint of the IP address, computed with a key, is kept for 48 hours to limit abuse.

Do not share personal information with the assistant. To request a quote, use the contact form.

Your rights

Under Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing by writing to the address above. You may also contact the national personal data protection authority (INPDP).

Cookies

The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only the administration area uses technical cookies, required to sign in.
